Expansion and Refurbishment of Quality Inspection Department
The Inspection Department has been extended by a further 50% in total floor space. It has also been modernised with the addition of new cabinets and worktops, tables and CMM. The room has been installed with new walls, floor, ceiling and climate control. A further important upgrade has been the addition of an In/Out window bordering with the de-burr department for finished parts to be passed through.
Relocation, Expansion and Refurbishment of De-Burr & Packing Department
The De-Burr Department has now been relocated next to the inspection department, which is shared by in/out window hatch to receive finished goods. The floor space has been increased 4-fold and modernised with the addition of new cabinets and worktops, new tables and CMM. As with the Inspection department, this department has received a total refurbishment of walls, floor, Ceiling and climate control.
In this area is also an extended Packing Area located next to Goods Out door providing a better flow throughout the Factory.
