Contract Solutions offers high quality multi-axis turning with the use of the Mori Seiki NLX 2500/700. This allows us to manufacture complex, turned parts from 2mm-300mm diameter and 700mm in length in a variety of materials, such as plastic and high-temp alloys.

A mill-turn CNC machine combines CNC turning (part rotates) and milling (tool rotates) in one setup to produce complex, rotationally symmetric parts efficiently. Unlike a 5-axis mill, which only moves the tool around a stationary part, a mill-turn machine spins the workpiece at high speeds for turning, allowing for faster production of cylindrical parts
