DMG NTX1000 Mill Turn
We are excited to be adding a brand new DMG MORI NTX1000 Mill Turn to compliment our impressive range of DMG CNC Turning, Star Sliding Heads and existing DMG Mill Turns. This significant investment will be key in the CSS the expansion of the business and increase in output, serving new and existing customers. Organically, demand is growing and we strive to develop our facilities to satisfy expectations and the potential for new partnerships.
Renishaw Equator-X CMM
Another new machine purchase is our Renishaw Equator-X CMM. In Absolute mode, the Equator–X system measures parts at scanning speeds of up to 250 mm/s, significantly improving the inspection capacity and throughput for manufacturers of small to medium batch sizes and high part variety.
This mode is particularly useful for first-off verification next to the machine or even at-line 100% inspection. It is situated next to two of our Mill Turns and is linked through software so that any changes in sizes are discovered during manufacturing. After measurement, the Equator-X can correct the Mill Turn measurements and reset so that accuracy and consistency is secured.
