With heavy investment in 5-axis machining we now operate five Matsuura MX520 5 axis machining centres with 4 x Lang Eco tower Automation. These are equipped with Nikken 5 axis units which allow the machining of complex shapes and components in a single process. This increases process reliability, accuracy and quality, along with decreasing the set-up time for multiple operations. The Lang Automation towers allow us to operate 24/7 and the, recently added, HPlus 300, Fixturing gives us high-volume capability.
