Inspection
All inspection is carried out in a temperature controlled environment. The inspection team use the highest quality equipment to assist reaching the goal of zero non-conformance parts reaching the customers premises. The equipment includes Mitutoyo PJ-A3000 Profile Projector and 2 Mitutoyo Measuring Machines – Crysta-Plus 443 and the latest Crysta-Apex S 574, along with a multitude of gauging and hand measuring equipment. Various statistical methods of measurement are employed where necessary. We have proven a track record of excellence, successfully supplying components to the aerospace, microwave transmission, defence, instrumentation and medical industries.
Contract Solutions offer full material certification, dimensional reports, material traceability and certificates of conformity where requested.

Mitutoyo CMM Measuring crysta-plus M443
Our Mitutoyo crysta-plus M443 allows us to accurately measure components manually with dimensions of up to 400x400x300mm. We can also produce dimensional reports to meet our customers requirements.
Mitutoyo CMM Measuring crysta-apex S 574
The Crysta-Apex is the latest CNC CMM from Mitutoyo. Repeatable programs can be produced for parts up to 505x705x405mm. Full dimensional inspection can be carried out with ease at the touch of a button.
PJ-A3000 Mitutoyo Profile Projector with QM-DATA 200 and OPTOEYE-200 Edge Sensor.
The PJ-A3000 can measure the smallest details on any part including chamfers, radii and even thread form. The OPTOEYE-200 Image Edge Sensor eliminates human errors which may be involved in visual alignment, ensuring speedy, accurate, and consistent measurements.
